1. Data protection at a glance

General information

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. Detailed information can be found further below.

Data collection on this website

Who is responsible for data collection?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the section “Notice regarding the responsible party” in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?
On the one hand, your data is collected when you provide it to us — for example via the contact form. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website by our IT systems (mainly technical data such as your browser type, operating system or the time of the page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?
Part of the data is collected to ensure the error-free provision of the website. Other data is used to process your request and prepare a quote for you.

What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of data protection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

2. Hosting

External hosting (Vercel)

This website is hosted by an external service provider (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA; “Vercel”). The personal data collected on this website is stored on Vercel's servers. This may include, in particular, IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contact data, names and website accesses generated via a website.

Vercel is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our website as reliably as possible. The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Vercel. Further information: https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cloudflare (DNS, CDN and email routing)

For domain resolution, the provision of DNS services and the forwarding of emails addressed to casasvo.com, we use Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA; “Cloudflare”). Technically necessary data is processed here (in particular the IP address and, in the case of email routing, the content and sender of the emails addressed to us).

Use takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and fast operation of the website and reachability by email). The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by SCCs and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

3. General information and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. We point out that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Notice regarding the responsible party

The party responsible for data processing on this website is:

Luka Dimitrovski
Casasvo (sole proprietorship)
Stuttgarter Str. 19
71254 Ditzingen, Germany

Email: info@casasvo.com

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, email addresses, etc.).

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g. tax or commercial retention periods); in the latter case, deletion takes place after these reasons cease to apply.

Recipients of personal data

As part of our business activities, we work with various external parties. In some cases, this also requires the transfer of personal data to these external parties (see the services Vercel, Cloudflare, Resend and Supabase named in this policy). Data is only passed on if a legal basis permits it, you have consented, a contract obliges us to do so, or there is a legitimate interest. We only pass on data to processors on the basis of a valid data processing agreement.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this privacy policy. If you object, we will no longer process your affected personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged violation. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedies.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, correction and deletion

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time to do so. The right to restriction of processing exists in the cases set out in Art. 18 GDPR.

SSL / TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address line changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of its website — for this, the server log files must be collected.

Contact form

If you send us requests via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. The data collected is what you enter: name, company and email address, optionally your phone number as well as your details about the property, and additionally the configuration you selected in the price calculator. We send a confirmation of receipt of your request to the email address you provide; this usually contains your personal upload link. Optionally, you can send us property photos directly after submitting or later via this link; we process these exclusively to create the walkthrough videos you commission. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, provided your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), if this was requested.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to its storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Property photos submitted via the upload link are automatically deleted no later than 30 days after receipt. Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.

Sending requests by email (Resend)

For the delivery of requests submitted via the contact form to our own mailbox and for sending the confirmation of receipt to the email address you provide, we use the service Resend (Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA; “Resend”). The data you provide in the form is transmitted to us and to you as an email via Resend's systems.

Use takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR (processing of your request, legitimate interest in reliable delivery). The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement exists with Resend. Further information: https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Storage of requests and property photos (Supabase)

For the storage of request data and the property photos you optionally submit via the upload link, we use Supabase (Supabase, Inc., 548 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA; “Supabase”). The data is stored in a data center within the European Union (Frankfurt region, Germany). A globally distributed content delivery network may be used to deliver the files.

Use takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing of your request and the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures). Any transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC); a data processing agreement exists with Supabase. The property photos submitted via the upload link are automatically deleted no later than 30 days after receipt. Further information: https://supabase.com/privacy.

Request by email or telephone

If you contact us by email or telephone, your request, including all personal data resulting from it (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of handling your matter. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

5. Cookies, analysis and tracking tools

This website does not use cookies for analysis or marketing purposes and uses no reach-measurement services, no web tracking and no advertising networks. Only the data described above that is technically necessary for the operation of the website and the processing of your request is processed.
